Abstract

Immunotherapy is currently one of the most promising treatment options for malignant melanoma. To uncover new immunological targets for future treatment approaches, single-cell transcriptomic and epigenomic analyses were performed on human primary melanoma and melanocytic nevus samples. The detailed methods of this study are described in the Supplementary Material.
